NOW HIRING Part time Before and After School Group Leader- The position we currently have open requires you to have the following licenses or certifications:
Medication Administration ADA Emergency Preparedness 90 Hour School Age Curriculum and Development First Aid and CPR.
To be a qualified school-age teacher you would need to have the following:
45-hour growth and development certification 45 school-age curriculum certification ADA Certification Basic Health and Saftey Communications class OR Have any college education classes and degrees related to the Education field.

Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
Here's what you'll need:
Must have 90- hour certification in school age programs OR a degree in child care or teaching.
1 year experience working directly with children in an approved setting( registered child care home, licensed child care center, nursery, school, church or similar setting) Must be at least 21years old Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards Together, let's put more wonder in the world! Recommended Skills Child Care Teaching Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
