We are looking for qualified THERAPIST/COUNSELOR (must be a LCPC or LCSW-C) candidates to join our team in Stevensville, MD and our new office opening in Easton, MD! Ideal candidate is passionate and reliable; wanting to be a part of a growing program.
Workload consists of maintaining therapy caseload, promoting and supporting clients' mental health, maintaining detailed and accurate records of each session with clients, creating treatment plans for clients, conduct assessments of each clients' progress, and working with clients' families to help them offer the most appropriate support.
Looking for a self-starter with innovative ideas, a passion for therapy, and an enthusiasm for new opportunities.
Currently, we are conducting sessions both in-person and telehealth.
Flexible Schedule!As a Therapist, your job functions include:
Providing therapy for individuals, in-person or virtually, using evidence-based psychotherapy (psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, etc)Commitment to measurement based-carePromptly responding to clients to ensure all needs are met.
Adhering to HIPPA guidelines, rules and regulations.
Working with a collaborative team.

Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other relevant field.
Experience with children and/or adultsPreferred:
Experience with cognitive behavior therapy and other evidence-based models.

years' experience working with psychotherapy patients is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Knowledge of techniques such as motivational interviewing, treatment goal setting, assessing client readiness to change.
