Position Overview Professionally clean residential homes.
The overall objective is to leave the home clean, neat, and fresh.
Responsibilities Prepares cleaning products for the day Loads products and equipment onto vehicle.
Uses cleaning products and procedures to clean residential homes.
Sweeps, vacuums and washes all hard surface floors Remove cobwebs, dust, clean windowsills Moves all reasonably movable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
Cleans kitchens and bathrooms Makes beds Performs thorough customer home inspection.
Ensures customer satisfaction, resolves customer issues and quality control before leaving home.
Requirements/Competencies Exceptional customer service Efficient and competent License:
Valid and Clean Drivers License (Required) Reliable Transportation (Required)Builds relationships and is sensitive to customer needs and preferences Organized and RELIABLE Clean background Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong and positive interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate and responsive.
